Selective Development needed a central site to showcase their properties while linking out to existing listing pages. We designed a flexible, easy-to-update system using custom templates tailored for their team.

The site functions like a living portfolio, able to grow with each new “Selective” development. To support long-term use, we also provided step-by-step training videos they can reference anytime.

We were given the client’s logo and tasked with translating it into a full digital presence. The design leaned into a clean, modern aesthetic with subtle transitions and interactive elements that added personality without overwhelming the content.

Visuals were prioritized across the site, with reusable modules for property listings that keep things consistent and easy to manage. The layout was designed to feel intuitive and inviting on both desktop and mobile.

Since launching, the site has become a reliable hub for showcasing properties and directing visitors to more detailed listing pages. It’s allowed Selective Development to maintain a unified brand experience while supporting a growing portfolio.

Internally, their team can update listings easily using the flexible CMS templates we created, supported by detailed training videos they can revisit anytime. The result is a site that balances thoughtful design with everyday usability to grow alongside their portfolio.

Following the successful launch of Selective’s main site, our collaboration extended to new projects such as Vertical Growth Alliance and a modular property site framework designed for easy duplication. This approach allows the client to efficiently showcase future developments while maintaining brand consistency. By investing in a flexible and scalable web system, we created a foundation that supports ongoing growth and evolving needs.
